If you're anything like me, you will love a good rummage through your friends make-up bags! For some reason it facinates me!
So I thought I would give you a sneak preveiw on some of my favourites...
My skin is awful...doesn't matter what I do I will always have teenage problem skin! Which for a Beauty Therapist isn't ideal, it's due to a hormone imbalance however I've come to accept it and manage it best I can.
So I'm always on the look out for a good foundation which is going to cover and not affect my skin more...and I've found it! Double wear from Estee Lauder.
It's a full coverage with a natural finish so it almost acts like a second skin. It has the ultimate staying power...15 hours no less! It doesn't smudge, won't rub off on clothes and is just amazing. Head to your nearest Estee Lauder counter to get colour matched or find out more online here
For my cheeks, and definition I like a little combo of Hoola by Benefit Cosmetics and a mozaic highlighting blush compact from Makeup Academy.
I use the Hoola as a contour after my skin base, just around my hairline, cheekbones, sides of nose and sometime just down my neck a little, and the blush on the apples of my cheeks and whatever is left on the brush on my forehead, tip of nose and chin, as this is where the sun would naturally catch.
I am all about the eyes!
Using Browzings to define my brows, and a little definition from my Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette, which is great for day looks as its mattified and subtle. Depending on how im feeling that day I mix between a brown pencil liner and black gel pen liner from Benefit Cosmetics.
I've recently tried out MAC False Lashes Mascara...which I am loving so will definitely be investing! It flares your lashes out without being clumpy! Just what it says on the tin.
I love Dior Addict Lip Maximiser, I prefer the lighter colour as it suits my natural lip colour more.
It contains collagen so plumps and perks your lips! It gives a small tingle but nothing like some of the other plumers I've tried.
